I have read a number of articles on the miraculous curing power of honey and cinnamon from Universities, Weekly World News Magazine Yunani and Ayurvedic medicine articles and various sources from countries such as Australia, Canada Japan, India and Spain. The benefits of these two ingredients have been know for hundreds of years and have many medical purposes which I would like to share with you. I personally utilize this mixture daily by mixing it in warm water, it makes a wonderful drink. I recommend that you purchase a blended honey that is raw and organically produced. A blended honey comes from a mixture of two or money honeys from different floral sources. Do not administer honey to children without seeking advice form a medical doctor.

Cayenne pepper is a wonder herb with many health benefits. I use it in a powder form to help stimulate my circulatory system and control cholesterol levels. It works very well for constipation, it stimulates gastric secretions and activates your sluggish intestinal tract.
I would recommend that you use Cayenne in moderation as it may cause irritation to your mouth and stomach. Please check back for other uses in future updates.

The Pomegranate is a fruit often referred to in the Bible (Rimmon in Hebrew). It has many ruby-colored seeds, which are covered with a thin skin and are full of juice. One pomegranate delivers about half of an adult’s daily vitamin C requirement. It is also a rich source of folic acid and of antioxidants.
Antioxidants in Pomegranate may fight hardening of the arteries by reducing blood vessel damage and the antioxidant contained in the fruit may also reverse the progression of hardening of the arteries (arteriosclerosis). Some others points of interest about this fruit is that it helps protect your heart, keeps prostate cancer from returning, lowers bad cholesterol and blood pressure and assist in the fight against breast cancer.
The best way to eat a Pomegranate is to slice off the top, score the rind and break the pieces apart. Then place in a bowl and pry the seeds out. You can eat the seeds immediate, store them in a refrigerator or freeze them. One word of caution, the juice will stain clothes permanently.
