Cellulite is a condition that can occur in men and women where the skin has a dimpled appearance, commonly referred to as the orange peel syndrome or cottage cheese skin. It is a fatty deposits just beneath the skin and most common in the thighs or buttocks. There is a misunderstanding that Cellulite is related to being over weight which is not factual, average and underweight people also get Cellulite.
Since Cellulite is fat and there is a number of natural things you can do to address this problem. A good start is physical exercise such as walking and swimming. I recommend a good low-fat balanced diet, which should include plenty of fiber and wholegrain foods since they help remove waste and toxins from the intestinal tract. Your diet should include 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables, which will help prevent the development of Cellulite. It would also be wise to monitor and reduce the amount of salt in your diet and drink at least 8 ounces of distilled water throughout the day.
I have mentioned in a number of my writings Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), which I believe has many health benefits. The nutritional components of ACV will help reduce the appearance of Cellulite and can be utilized orally or topically. My recommendation is to mix 2 tablespoons of ACV into an 8 ounce glass of water and drink before each meal. A mixture of 3 parts ACV with one part of virgin oil can be applied to problem areas and massaged in. I would also recommend a professional lymphatic massage, which I have personally tired several times. The lymphatic massage will not only help with your Cellulite problem but will help stimulate your body’s lymphatic system, which I will address in more detail at a later date.
